Description
The origins of the winery can be traced back to 1583, yet it is not a listed building. It has been lovingly renovated and modernised in recent years.
The three residential units as well as a smaller commercial space are currently rented, the latter will become available in May. In addition, there is the possibility to convert the commercial and office space of the former winery into further living space. For example, there is the possibility of converting them into holiday rooms/apartments. The conversion of the attic into a rental apartment is also possible.
The possibilities for freelancers, craftsmen and tradesmen are manifold.
The location in the centre of Kinheim is very quiet. To the rear are only the steep vineyards, which you have a wonderful view of from the terraces. The village itself has narrow, winding streets with numerous historic buildings, quaint wine taverns, restaurants and inns. Good shopping facilities can be found in neighbouring Kröv (2 km), and there is an excellent infrastructure with shopping centres, schools, swimming pools, doctors, hospitals etc. in Traben-Trarbach (9 km), Bernkastel-Kues and Wittlich (both 15 km). The region has excellent transport links and the Frankfurt-Hahn airport 30 km away guarantees good accessibility from all parts of Europe.
